What K9 Stud Hub provides
K9 Stud Hub connects dog owners and breeders through listings, private enquiries and a community forum. A listing is advertising space, not a guarantee of enquiries, a successful mating or the health of a dog.
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and the evidence behind their claims. Review original health documents and agree the stud service, fees and expectations directly with the other owner. The platform is not a party to your mating or puppy-purchase agreement.
Accounts, messages and the forum
Use an account you control and keep your details accurate. Messaging, forum reading, discussions and replies are free for registered users with active, completed accounts. No listing or paid plan is required. There is no three-owner contact cap or separate paid community membership.
Only share another person’s details with permission. Do not use the platform for spam, fraud, harassment or misleading health claims. Forum discussions are shared experiences, not a substitute for veterinary advice.
Listing plans
Single listing: £13.99 for one dog for one calendar month, starting from payment. This is a one-off purchase and does not renew automatically.
Monthly account plan: Limited offer: £8.99 per account each month for unlimited dog listings. Payment is due today. Renews automatically unless cancelled before your next charge. No free trial.
Eligible new-advertiser offer: Limited offer: 5 days free for your first dog, then £8.99 per account each month for unlimited dog listings. Card required. Renews automatically unless cancelled before your next charge.
Annual account plan: £48.99 once for 12 months of unlimited dog listings on your account, starting from payment. No automatic renewal.
Account plans share one billing period across the included dogs. Adding another dog does not start a separate account term or create another subscription.
When a listing becomes visible
Submit a complete profile with your publication permission and photographs. A normal new listing does not require manual editorial approval, but it becomes visible only after the selected payment or eligible trial is verified and the publication and photo checks complete. A checkout return page alone does not prove payment.
Listing time starts at payment, not when you finish editing a profile. Trial access follows the stated trial period. A failed or refunded payment can affect publication and access under the applicable plan.
Breeder profiles and puppy adverts
Basic breeder profiles and puppy adverts are free. Occasional breeders can list their own litters without a business subscription. Profiles and puppy adverts require operator review; this is not a health certification. Puppy adverts run for 60 days from approval and can be resubmitted for review. Submit accurate licensing details and only puppies you bred whose mother you own. Puppies must not leave before eight weeks. We do not handle puppy purchases or deposits. Optional featured litter advertising is planned at £9.99 for 60 days per litter with no automatic renewal; it is not currently available to buy.
Existing listings and founding breeders
Previously promised complimentary listing extensions are preserved; migration does not replace them with a new purchase. Existing monthly subscriptions are reconciled separately and are not converted into the new-advertiser trial.
The first 25 approved UK breeding businesses receive featured directory placement and profile/enquiry statistics free for 12 months from approval. One place per business owner; places are not recycled. Registration alone does not reserve a place. No card or automatic charge follows the free period. Afterwards, the basic profile remains free; Premium is an optional £29.99 annual purchase when paid upgrades become available.
Cancellation and support
The monthly plan renews unless cancelled before the next charge. The account cancellation portal is configured to end the subscription at the end of its current billing period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid its first recurring charge.
If a problem with K9StudHub causes inconvenience with your new listing purchase, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase at support@k9studhub.co.uk. Requests are reviewed manually. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unchanged. The operator monitors this inbox and handles refund requests manually; the cancellation portal does not issue refunds. This voluntary service-problem offer is not a general change-of-mind refund guarantee and does not retrospectively change existing subscriptions or previously promised complimentary listing extensions.
Contact support about billing errors or your applicable cancellation rights. Your rights under consumer law are not removed by this policy. Checkout asks you to accept these terms and request service to start immediately after payment or an eligible trial is verified. This does not remove your statutory cancellation or refund rights.
